These Terms govern your use of the Resaga app and website ("Resaga", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Resaga you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Resaga.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Resaga. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. You may use Resaga as a guest with limited features.
2. Content
Resaga provides video and audio episodes for personal, non-commercial streaming within the app. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, or reverse-engineer any content or the app. Some episodes are free; others require a subscription, coins, or watching an advertisement.
3. Subscriptions
Resaga Premium is offered as weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. No free trials are offered.
4. Coins and ad unlocks
Coins are a virtual currency for unlocking individual episodes. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable except where required by law. If a coin purchase is refunded by Apple, the coins and any episodes unlocked with them are removed, and any shortfall is recorded against future purchases. Ad-supported unlocks are limited to a small number per day and must be used in episode order.
5. Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where Apple grants a refund, the corresponding access is removed from your account.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, share signed media links, use automated tools against our services, abuse the ad or coin systems, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, progress, lists, and unlocks. Purchase records may be retained in de-identified form for accounting. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
8. Changes and availability
Content may be added or removed and features may change. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Resaga is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
